Established in 2002, my client has grown to become one of the leading recruitment organisations in the UK with a number of memberships and awards to confirm this status. Offering recruitment solutions across Industrial, Driving and the Engineering market sectors providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions supported by a Managed Services, European and Senior Appointments Division. The company operates across 5 branches within the Midlands and East Midlands regions with further growth plans to include the opening of a 6th office. We are currently working closely with the Operations Director to source a Senior Business Development Executive, who will take full responsibility for selling temporary Industrial Recruitment Solutions across three branches including Leicester, Nottingham and Coventry. Your time will be split between these branches depending upon the need. In additionk you will mentor and coach a team of Business Development Consultants based in each location. This role is a pure new business development role with no responsibility for actual client servicing. Once you have successfully secured new business, this will be managed by the relevant branch and allocated to a service delivery team. With a strong knowledge of recruitment and of the local market, this is an excellent opportunity for a sales hungry recruitment professional looking to move away from the administrative and servicing tasks associated with a standard Recruitment Consultant role. To apply for this role, we do require an individual who can demonstrate the following ·At least 2 years success in a Recruitment Consultant role focusing on temporary Industrial, Driving, Manufacturing or Production recruitment ·High degree of negotiating skills and face to face sales skills ·Excellent listening skills ·Able to work under pressure ·A driven self-starter with strong aspirations ·Flexible approach In return, you will receive a good benefits package which includes 25 days holiday per year rising to 30 after 10 years service.
