Responsibilities:
- As a trainee recruitment consultant you will be responsible for conducting interviews and screening a high calibre of candidates
- On a day to day basis you will be liaising with CEO's and MD's in your clientele base from across the globe
- You will be responsible for shortlisting and representing your candidates from the very beginning of the recruitment process right through to the acceptance of a role
- Utilising numerous portals in order to generate new business leads and headhunt potential candidates
- Meeting clients from week to week in order to retain and develop business further
