Recruitment Consultant Equity Share

We are looking for a star, someone to lead from the front when it comes to business development and billings.  We are prepared to offer outstanding rewards and shares for a recruitment consultant with the capability and desire to help build a recruitment agency business with a difference. 

 

Company: Archer is a young and exciting recruitment and search consultancy with vision for delivering world class recruitment solutions to high profile clients.  We are based in Dublin and due to significant growth and continued success with a clear value recruitment proposition.  We already recruit and undertake search assignments in the UK market to a limited degree and are now looking to establish an office and grow our presence in London.   

Opportunity: You will join another experienced recruiter initially with a focus on developing business and building on new and existing client relationships. Since this is an early stage opportunity you will be able to influence the building of the recruitment consultancy team and ultimately the direction of the recruitment and search business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-      You will generate sales to new and existing clients within the IT Sector. 

-      Take a managerial role

-      Assist in the training of recruiters and recruitment consultants

-      Over the next 18 months the team will be grown to 10+ recruitment consultants. 

-      Embody Archers Values

-       Co-operate and provide feedback at a management level

 

Experience: 

-  2 + years experience in IT recruitment

-  Proven ability to develop business 

-  Ability to deliver on client requirements

-  An interest in team leading and / or management (experience is not essential)

-  Professional and outstanding communicator

-  Desire and hunger to lead in terms of billings

 

Salary / Remuneration: NEGOTIABLE with Shares!
