Recruitment Consultant (Marketing recruitment)

Salary up to £30k, OTE £50k/£70k + excellent benefits

Our client is an established and recognised recruitment consultancy, specializing within the market research and marketing recruitment sectors. They have one of the most reputable client bases in this sector and a solid reputation amongst their clients and candidates. Their success has allowed them to grow their business and open a second international office also.

The opportunity

They are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to work within their Marketing recruitment sector. The role will be to take over someone who is going on maternity leave; however the role is a permanent opportunity as they are growing. Therefore, you will be able to work with warm clients and have the opportunity to be successful very quickly and this will lead to commission being earned fairly quickly.

The role will involve the full recruitment cycle, from sales & business development to meeting clients and making placements as well as managing accounts and working on existing roles.

Your background

We are seeking individuals who have either marketing recruitment experience or those that have come from other professional services sectors such as Legal, Finance/Accountancy, etc. You will possess drive, ambition and a very strong desire to succeed and you will be motivated by the potential of doing well by working on a warm desk and successfully achieving targets. You will have a stable work history with the ability to converse with all levels of professional candidates and clients
