This client is a niche specialist recruitment business based within the City on London. They are a very established business of 7 years and due to their success are a well respected company with a large well established client base. They are looking for a Permanent Consultant to join their Banking team.

You will be joining a strong team of 4 and will inherit a HOT desk due to market demand and repeat business. You will be placing Finance candidates into Banking and so experience of placing mid to senior level candidates into this sector would be advantageous but not essential. The client will look at candidates from other sector backgrounds as long as you have a proven track record of billings and business development.

The client is looking for a permanent consultant with previous experience and someone who is ambitious, articulate and a good relationship builder. In return this client will offer a fantastic salary and benefits, along with a very competitive commission scheme.
