Job Description

My client is a niche Finance, Risk and Compliance recruitment business based within the City on London. They are a very well respected company and due to this have a large well established client base. They are looking for a Permanent Senior Recruitment Consultant to take on their Compliance desk.

You will sit within the finance team and get full support from the team, which currently consists of 5 strong Senior Consultants. The role would suit someone who wants to grow a desk and make serious money. Compliance experience would be preferable; however Financial Services experience would be suitable. You will need to have proven track record of billings, gravitas and a strong desire to succeed.

In return you will get a fantastic working environment and a very PSL driven business with a strong database. Top billers here are billing 800k per annum and they are very well respected within their industry. Base salaries and OTE is very competitive here.
