My Client is a leading professional recruitment business who has been established for over 25 years. This company has rapidly grown to become one of the top 20 recruitment businesses within the UK. They are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their HR division based in the City of London.
There is currently a small but strong HR team in place who are all well established and billing a considerable amount, they now have the need to bring on a Senior Recruitment Consultant to build upon this as they are currently inundated with positions and need someone to come and pick these up. This is a warm desk.
You should have 2 - 3 years experience within Recruitment, it does not need to be HR any other professional services sector will be looked at as long as you have the desire to be within HR and be credible within your market. You should be looking to build your desk through both existing and new business. There is a fantastic opportunity here to pick up a warm desk and make it your own.
In return the client will offer a very high basic and one of the highest commission schemes on offer at present. You will also benefit from a pension scheme, car allowance and a share scheme.
