Your Profile

Graduate or graduate calibre with previous b2b sales experience and a strong business head you will be bright, down to earth, hungry for sales with excellent communication skills. Working in a strong team environment you will need to be sales focused, articulate with a real competitive edge.

The Role

A recruitment consultant is the intermediary between organisations wishing to recruit and individuals seeking a career move. Working as part of a team of consultants specialising in a particular market you will responsible for managing your own client portfolio within the temporary market. A recruitment consultants role is fundamentally sales based which can be demanding and diverse.
