If you're reading this advert, you will probably have already realised that the Australian recruitment marketplace is screaming out for strong UK recruitment talent.

You will probably have your pick of Rec-to-Rec firms, but you need to be aware of the pitfalls, and there are many!
1. Not many Rec-to-Recs exclusively work with the best, medium sized recruitment businesses in Australia. They tend to workwith an "anybody and everybody" type of approach, whic means you will find yourself interviewing at 6.30am with a firm that is completely incorrect for you. Worse still, you may find yourself accepting a job which is totally wrong for you.
2. Service levels tend to diminish when working with a Rec-to-Rec on the other side of the World. Things like "time differences" tend to muddy the water. Not at Mint! We don't let things like that get in the way of delivering perfect communication to you at all times.
3. Extra service. Again, a lot of Rec-to-Recs will organise a few random interviews for you, get you a job, then disappear. Again, not at Mint! We'll guide you through the Visa process, the Visa criteria, the Visa timescales, talk to you about "super", and "LAFHA", and lots of other wonderful things that you may not be aware of.
So, in summary, Mint is the leading and best Recruitment to Recruitment provider for experienced Recruiters. (Unfortunately, we can't really do much for people with only a couple of years experience in the industry, not that we don't respect your place in the indutsrty).
