Experienced Recruitment Consultant - Southend on Sea
We have a very unique and rewarding recruitment opportunity for our client based in Southend on Sea, Essex. Our client is a well established and reputable Accountancy and Project management Recruitment firm who are looking to expand their current recruitment team by adding 4 new recruitment consultants.
We are interested in hearing from experienced recruitment consultants and will consider all backgrounds. In terms of remuneration our client has 2 varying pay schemes, the first which is a basic salary (negotiable) + a competitive commission scheme OR literally 50% of everything you bill (no basic salary).
You will receive all of the resources you need in order to become successful. This would include access to jobsites, access to a number of clients and candidates, support from a successful recruitment team as well as a reputable and well-trusted recruitment brand name.
They have an extremely strong client base, including some of the top firms in the city. You will be expected to bring in new business opportunities where possible, and this is a 360 Recruitment role.
If you have ever thought on venturing out and starting your own business but haven't made that step just yet then this could be the best move for you, there are recruiters who already work for this brand who are making an extremely good living.
We are looking for the following:
- Experienced Recruitment Professionals who are keen on making money
- For the commission only role we are interested in consultants who are financially stable (as we all know it takes 1 - 2 months to get the ball rolling
- Recruitment consultants who have a successful track record in recruitment and are looking for a long term career
