Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Any Sector Experience - Recruitment Expertise
Based in Slough, Berkshire
Our client is a very reputable recruitment organisation with over 10 years in the recruitment industry. They have a fantastic vacancy for a trainee recruitment consultant and have several offices throughout the UK. They are looking to expand their current recruitment team in their Slough office. The company is a recruitment market leader and its impressive client base.
Your role will involve an excellent training program to help you become a full 360 recruitment consultant. The opportunity to work in a fast paced environment where you are in control of your earnings should act as a fantastic motivating tool for the right candidate.
Recruitment is extremely challenging, and only certain individuals will be suited to the environment and the challenges you will face. We are looking for the following:
- Hunger and desire to earn money! You should earn £30k in your first year!
- Being able to meet and exceed targets and having the drive to do so
- Be willing to go the extra mile (this is not a 9am - 5pm job)
- You must be confident
- Excellent communication skills are needed
- You must be able to think outside the box
