Recruitment Consultant - Finance - Interims
* Basic salary to £28,000

Our client, established to provide a high quality service to clients, has been established for many years. With a network of sites across the UK they have a distinct culture and work together as a team. They handle temporary and permanent vacancies in HR and Personnel on behalf of clients in both commercial and public sectors. Working as part of a larger group they aim to supply their clients with a consistent and quality service.
They are wishing to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to work as part of the team. The aim of the role is to place candidates within niche sectors, understanding the requirements and needs of the clients and ensuring that all candidates receive the highest possible customer services at all times.
You will be responsible for developing the database, selling the services of the agency to local and national business and achieving both activity and financial targets set.
To succeed in this role you will demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism.
The ability to build relationships, plan, sell and think around problems is essential.
If you are bright, ambitious, articulate, hard working and a real people person this opportunity will provide you with a stimulating challenge which will constantly exercise and develop your personal qualities. There is an open ended career path where you can set your own promotional targets.
Previous experience within a recruitment environment (12mths+) is essential as is a full UK driving license. Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
