 GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR COMMERCIAL/OFFICE SUPPORT RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT TO JOIN SUCCESSFUL EXPANDING RECRUITMENT BRAND.

This rapidly expanding Independent Recruitment Consultancy with offices based across the UK are looking to increase headcount in many of it's sites to compliment their growth plan in 2010.

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join the Romford team dealing within the secretarial and office support arena. There are currently good levels of business from a healthy mix of clients and your role with be to further develop and maximise on business opportunities.

You will be dealing with a good cross section of candidates ranging from office juniors to Senior PA's, therefore sound communication skills will be required to enable you to effectively network with clients and candidates to build strong business relationships. This is a 360 degree consultant role where you will be required to work with KPI's and financial targets to maximise profitability and ultimately your potential earnings.

As the company are expanding, opportunities to progress within the business will be available to dedicated, committed consultants with this aspiration.
