Belgarum Recruitment is currently looking for full time Recruitment Consultants to join them on their Partnership scheme and would be interested in speaking to you about the role. 

1.What is the Belgarum Partnership scheme?

The Belgarum Partnership scheme has been set up to allow professionals to start their own permanent recruitment consultancy from the comfort of their own home or location of choice. Although the Partner will use Belgarum's name, support and systems, it is essentially their own enterprise. How far it goes and how successful it becomes really does depend on how much time the Partner wants to commit and how much they would like to earn. The Belgarum Partnership scheme is for you if you want to work for yourself, on your terms, at a location of your choice. 

2.What do you get?

A Partner gets everything an in-house Recruitment Consultant would expect from day one. Belgarum will provide you with all the training, software systems, techniques and support to operate your recruitment business from your home / office including:

• Access to Belgarum's database of companies and candidates.
• Initial training day at a convenient location.
• Follow up training session as and when required.  
• Leads generated via Thomson Business Search. We have access to 2.4million companies Nationwide.
• 24 hour Technical support on database software.
• Regular meetings and training sessions with fellow Partners.
• Support and advice at each stage of your projects.
• Software database user licence.
• Belgarum e-mail account.
• Daily contact with head office by phone / e-mail.
• Web site job advertising for every vacancy.
• Job Board advertising for every vacancy.
• CV search facility on job boards giving access to millions of candidates.
• Administration support. (Which means you can take a holiday without having to worry about your Business!)
• Business Stationery.
• Invoice generation.
• Invoice / debt collection.

3.What do you need to start with?

Proven sales and business skills. Your background might be, but not necessarily limited to:

• Permanent or temporary Recruitment.
• Business to business Sales Executive, Manager or Director.
• Account Management.
• Human Resources.
• Project Management.
• Management Consultancy.

You will also need:

• Home / office facility with suitable PC, Broadband access and telephone.
• To be a self starter and have the ability to meet self imposed targets (it is difficult to work from home without this ability).
• A VAT registered UK Limited Company.

4. What do you get paid?

Option 1 - We pay you up to 50% of all revenue generated and offer an additional annual bonus scheme to enhance this further based on total revenue generated. Option 2 - We pay you up to 60% of all revenue generated and offer an additional annual bonus scheme to enhance this further based on total revenue generated.
 
We advertise this role at earning £75,000, however there is no cap on earnings, you are only limited by the effort you put in and your own ability. 

5.What is the main benefit in starting on the scheme?

6.Is this a Franchise and am I restricted to working in a certain sector or location?

• This is not a franchise and there are no barriers on which Companies you do Business with in your allocated Area.

7.What is the duration of the contract?

• Ongoing 12 months contract with a notice period to leave.
