Trainee Recruitment Consultant

London

Salary £18k, OTE £35k (1^st year)

We are currently working with a very established and reputable, independent recruiter who is seeking up to 3 trainee recruitment consultants in their London office. The consultancy works across different sectors of recruitment, including senior appointments, IT, Engineering, Public Sector and Media.

The role is for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and we are seeking graduates who perhaps have some work experience, ideally within a sales environment, although other work experience will be considered. Individuals must be keen on working in a sales environment and be open to learning the industry.

You will be someone who has ambition and is intent on making good commissions and developing your career within the recruitment sector. This will be a proactive role and you will be required to conduct outbound sales calls in order to win and secure new business and vacancies to work on. You will also have a good communication style as you will be sourcing and speaking with candidates for the roles you are working on. In time, you will also arrange and attend client business meetings and negotiate terms between the two parties.

The role is very rewarding and you have the ability to build a career within a reputable, independent recruitment consultancy that has a £multi-million turnover.
