Perm Consultant for Defence and Aerospace Sector
Location: Bristol
£18K to 25K uncapped commission and benefits

Due to increased activity and growth, the team have several new openings for energetic, hardworking sales driven individuals who have a minimum of 18 months experience in the Engineering, Aerospace or Defence recruitment markets. We are looking for experienced recruitment consultants who are effective business winners, with an interest in IT or Engineering recruitment to compliment the existing team. This is an ideal position for someone with a proven recruitment sales background who is able to hit the ground running from day one. You will develop knowledge, skills and clients by approaching new business leads. This role will involve generous amounts of business development and client management. In addition to your sales appetite you will posses excellent communication and client presentation skills, be computer literate with good organisational skills. You will have a desire to learn, have a hardworking attitude to work with the ability to cope in a highly pressurised target-driven environment.
