A Sunday Times Top 100 Company to Work for is seeking a Recruitment Business Manager to join their expanding team in Liverpool, Merseyside. Established over 30 years ago they are one of the North Wests leading independent recruitment agencies. Their reputation for providing temporary and permanent office support staff to public and private sector clients is exemplary.
As a Recruitment Business Manager you will:
Manage both the Liverpool and Warrington branch.
Carry out the smooth day to day running of the branch.
Lead and motivate a team of sales and support staff.
Coach and develop the team.
Set and review targets and KPIs.
Drive sales activity and ensure standards are met.
Carry out business development activities, including telesales, visits and networking events.
Run your own desk and lead by example.
Achieve your own and branch targets and KPIs.
Carry out service review meetings with clients.
Interview and match candidates to jobs they will LOVE!
Ensure service excellence to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Work to ISO quality standards.
The ideal Recruitment Business Manager will hold the following skills and experiences:
Proven success in the recruitment industry.
A passion for sales and a LOVE for recruitment.
Enthusiastic and committed with a strong business acumen.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience of managing and motivating a team.
IT Literate.
Due to the nature of the role you must hold a full UK Driving license and have access to your own car.
You will be working the hours of 08.45 am 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
In return you will receive a salary of £23000 - £25000 depending on skills and experiences plus uncapped commission, Car allowance, Monthly uncapped commission, Opportunity to earn extra end of year bonus, Profit share, Ongoing incentives and competitions, 28 days annual leave, plus a day off for your Birthday, Annual leave rises with service, Contributory pension scheme, Death in service, Healthcare scheme, Childcare voucher scheme, Realistic career opportunities, Ongoing training and development.
