This independent executive search firm provides recruitment services to blue-chip clients across the financial and corporate world.
They are also accepting applications from candidates that graduate in 2012.
The core of their business is to conduct searches for executives and non-executives across selected industry sectors in their corporate practice which includes Oil & Gas, Private Equity, Renewable Energy, Media, Emerging Markets, Telecommunications, Banking and Marketing.
Unlike many of their competitors they provide additional services to widen and expand relationships with clients. These include advising them on potential acquisitions, supporting them with due diligence exercises, and conducting extensive benchmarking projects across key performance and remuneration metrics.
Clients are served by sector specialists - many of their consultants/partners have practised in the industries they serve - and will work alongside you the "researcher" to execute projects.
The ideal candidates will have a strong academic background; hard-working, and target-driven personalities will thrive in this dynamic role.
