This independent executive search firm provides recruitment services to blue-chip clients across the financial and global commodity markets.
You do not need experience to be considered for this role, all that is required is a positive and inquisitive attitude.
This international consultancy has offices in Essex, London and New York they will be launching their Singapore and Hong Kong offices in the next 18 months.
The core of their business is to conduct searches for executives and non-executives across selected industry sectors in their Corporate practice which includes Sales & Trading, Structuring & Valuation, Risk Management, Finance & Accounting and Interim Management.
They also have a technology practice which houses their digital media, marketing and financial PR teams.
Unlike many of their competitors they provide additional services to broaden and deepen relationships with clients. These include advising them on potential acquisitions, assisting them with due diligence exercises and conducting extensive benchmarking projects across key performance and remuneration metrics.
Clients are served by sector specialists - many of their consultants/partners have practised in the industries they serve - and will work alongside you the "researcher" to execute projects.
The ideal candidates will have a strong academic background; hard-working, ambitious and target-driven personalities will thrive in this dynamic role.
