Job Description

This global recruitment corporation specialising in a number of lucrative markets including: Finance, I.T, Oil & Gas, Media, Pharmaceuticals, Renewable Energy, Telecoms, Marketing, Sales and Investment Banking are looking for candidates to enter at a junior consultant level.

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you are required to do the following tasks:

  • Assess candidates received from advertising / referrals.
  • Carry out interviews with candidates.
  • Manage job specifications from clients.
  • Select and present candidate to clients.
  • Pitch exciting opportunities and new ideas - Attending networking events

They are looking for enthusiastic, determined and motivated individuals to join their team based in the heard of the buzzing City of London.

There are also opportunities to work in their regional offices in Bristol, Reading, Surrey, Brighton and Essex.

My client has a fantastic history of taking successful sales people who have become disillusioned with the telesales industry and offer them an incredible earning potential in recruitment.

Successful candidates will have a good academic background, but most importantly will be focused on entering a target-driven environment where there is the opportunity for rapid career progression as well as significant earning potential within the first 12 months.

The success of the business means that there are opportunities to work abroad, build and run your own division as well as advancing to directorship and obtaining an equity stake in the business.

The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 weeks experience in a sales environment. If you have been in a frustrating telesales job or you have cold-called in the B2B, B2C, telemarketing area then get in touch as you could be exactly what my client is looking for.
