Head of Compliance Recruitment - £80k + personal commission + team override + share options
Our client is a privately owned Search and Selection consultancy based in the City. It operates in a select number of highly profitable vertical recruitment markets and offers its clients high quality recruitment solutions. Having grown substantially since its inception around four years ago, it is now looking to strength its management team and service offering in order to start on its next growth phase.
The company is looking to expand its Compliance Recruitment division and needs to hire an experienced recruitment consultant to be the Head of Compliance Recruitment.
The company is on a number of prestigious PSLs in the City and is not reliant on the Investment Banking market. It has a diverse established client base which gives all of its recruitment divisions numerous cross selling opportunities
The scope of this position is huge and it presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant help build the recruitment team and take sole responsibility for shaping the future of the division.
The company has ambitious plans and a clearly defined vision of the route ahead. It is looking for an individual who can share its vision and help it achieve its ambitious plans.
The earnings potential is huge. Not only will the base salary be in the region of £80k but there is a personal commission plan, a team override and a share option scheme which, if the company's plans are successful, will result in significant capital gain.
