Recruitment Consultant (Banking Operations)

London

Salary - up to £40k, OTE £70k + equity

Our client is an independent recruitment business based in Central London. They have been established for several years and have a solid reputation amongst clients and candidates

They are currently seeking experienced recruiters who ideally have a background within Banking Operations.

The role

The opportunities are within their very successful Banking Operations recruitment division. The business is very successful at placing all levels of candidates in to the Risk/Finance/Banking sector and you will benefit from working alongside a team of experienced individuals who will support and help you remain successful. You will be placing individuals within Banking Operations. The role will involve sales and business development, managing accounts and sourcing and interviewing candidates to present to your clients.

The person

We are seeking individuals that have recruitment experience ideally within the Banking Operations sector although individuals from other professional sectors will be considered. You must have completed the full recruitment cycle in your previous role and will have achieved decent results.
