Recruitment Consultant - Banking & Risk

London

Up to £30k, OTE £60k +

We are currently working with an international multi-sector recruiter who place individuals in to mid to senior level positions. They are currently seeking an additional consultant within their established Banking & Financial Services team. 

Their expertise in the Banking, Asset Management and Retail Financial Services Markets is renowned particularly for their successful recruitment in the Risk and Compliance markets. They have operated in these markets for ten plus years and have an established client and candidate base as well as an exciting strategy to grow.

An opportunity has arisen to join the team specialising in placing Risk professionals into the Investment Banks and Fund Management clients. Salaries range from £50,000 - £150,000 and incorporate the three main risk functions: Market, Credit and Operational Risk, offering a mixture of contingency and retained search.

We are interested in speaking with solid recruitment consultants who have experience within any professional services sector and who have experience of the full 360 recruitment cycle. You will be adept at communicating with individuals at all levels and you will have a good understanding of running a professional services recruitment desk.
