The Role
To source business within the Banking Market, aiming to deliver contingent recruitment solutions on a temporary or permanent basis.
The Client
This recruitment consultancy specialises in placing senior level finance & accounting staff into a variety of Investment and Retail Banks in the UK. They have a recognised name and a strong presence within the recruitment market and are always looking at new ways to enhance this; hence the reason to always add new talent, which not only adopts new ideas into the business, it creates knowledge and puts them in a position of strength over the competition.
Experience Required
•Circa 12 months experience within a professional recruitment sector
•A proven track billing record
•The ability to develop relationships & maintain the service provided
•Passionate about sales & keen to progress his/her career within recruitment
•Able to communicate at a high/professional level
