Our client is an experienced and professional Search & Selection business, operating across the Financial Services sector in London. A City based client they recruit primarily into the Investment Banks operating across Finance, Investment Management, Global Custody, Risk Management, Quantitive Analysis and Operations.
Their hugely successful Banking Operations team are seeking a Resourcer/Researcher to find and head hunt prospective candidates for their high profile client base.
You should be highly sales driven, competitive, ambitious and have excellent commercial awareness.
The ideal candidate will have an exceptional phone manner and a good understanding of the Recruitment industry. You should be upbeat, punchy and salesy! An interest/background in Finance is desirable.
