Currently standing at 12 consultants this London based Banking Operations recruitment business is a sleeping giant and with the remit to hire up to 12 additional consultants over the next year this is a business that is bucking the trend of the current financial climate. Having been in the London banking market for the last 9 years they have a client portfolio second to none and are seen as the go to company for hires in the operations space.
As Sales Director you will have full P&L responsibility and therefore have the final say over all hires to the business. As the public face of the business you will directly influence all training, mentoring and motivating of the team and also actively business develop across the London banking operations market. Answerable to the Chairman you will live or die by your success and as such this is not a role for the faint hearted.
You will have managed large teams before and also have had experience of running a P&L. Experience of recruiting into banks and other financial institutions is vital however not necessarily in the operations space. In return for strong results you will receive not only a six figure salary but also the possibility of equity in the future.
