Senior Recruitment Consultant - IT in to Finance

London

Salary up to £40k, OTE £75k

We are currently working with an independent and entrepreneurial business within London that works within the IT sector; placing IT professionals in to the Finance sectors of Front & Middle Office, Operations, Compliance and Risk. They are a small business but with heavy investment over the next 18 months, they are looking to expand the business.

We are seeking individuals that come from an IT recruitment background or perhaps come from a finance background and you would be open to the IT sector. This role would suit someone who is experienced and can perhaps manage themselves, someone who understands recruitment well and has the ability, gravitas and credibility to converse and communicate with clients and candidates at various levels.  

The opportunity for the right individual will be very visible and you will b able to build a team around you and within two years, you will be offered stock options. This is a 360 recruitment role and you will have the opportunity to make your mark and be part of a growing business, with high rewards for those who have helped develop it. You will have support in the form of researchers/resourcers who will help source candidates, arrange interviews, liaising with candidates and posting jobs.
