Job Description

My client is a privately owned Executive Search and Recruitment business within the Financial Markets who have been established since 1999 and have grown from strength to strength over this time. They currently have a team of 25 very successful Consultants, with a mix of ex industry professionals, seasoned Consultants and Graduates. They are currently looking for Senior Recruitment Consultants to join their Banking team based within the City of London.

They are currently very busy in Asset & Wealth management, Global markets. The whole front office piece and the contracts side of the business are already well established they are still however looking for good talent due to market demand.

There is lots of cross selling and CV sharing within the business giving it a good team environment to be within. They look for solid recruiters who want to make the move into a more retained search environment and who like to work as part of a team and share knowledge.

They are offering very competitive salaries as well as a good very clear commission scheme.
