Job Description
Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant - IT/ Banking /Technology. 18-20k basic + competitive commission package! OTE up to £50k realistically in year one.
Cooper Jones is currently recruiting for one of the top Recruitment agencies in the IT and Banking space.
The Trainee Recruitment Consultant will receive full training from the in house trainer which will consist of both group training as well as one on one training. This includes full induction and training on all aspects of the recruitment role including generating leads, cold calling techniques, interview techniques and closing skills.
Main responsibilities of the role:
* New business and developing new client relationships
* Agree terms of business with new clients
* CV searching on job boards and head hunting senior candidates
* Attend client meetings
* Develop a deep understanding of client companies including structure and culture
* Successfully manage the interview process and offers on behalf of clients
