Experienced Recruitment Consultant - IT Recruitment- To £30,000 Basic (DOE) OTE £80,000+ - Manchester City Centre. Your Profile As a Recruitment consultant, ideally you will be working within recruitment placing IT contract or permanent candidates alternatively you may be working in another professional recruitment sector. You will be looking to progress your career to the next level as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant for a high achieving and growing company. You will have had some history of success in a sales and recruitment capacity and now you are looking to develop these skills to become an industry specialist, to achieve the high financial rewards that come with a top biller within IT recruitment. You will be driven, determined, motivated and hard working with a natural desire to develop business. Because of the market place you will be dealing with, you will also need to be articulate and professional in order to deal with candidates and clients at the highest level. The Role Exceptional results across the business have increased demand for savvy, driven, consultants to join the business at its most exciting growth stage. You will be placing IT specialists in short-term or permanent roles across the whole of the UK, working with all the resources you can ask for to be the most successful consultant you can be. You will need to have a strong focus on developing new business and working with existing accounts to building up a successful IT desk! This opportunity is perfect for someone who has all the grounding within recruitment but is feeling increasingly frustrated by a lack of earning potential or a strong company KPI culture. You will come into the business, establish yourself as a strong consultant or senior consultant to hit the ground running whist receiving training in new areas to develop your skills and allow you to work towards career development.
