COMPANY
This is a recruitment business with many years experience within the UK market. They have a professional image, excellent infrastructure and a fantastic management team. With a variety of disciplines (including Commercial, Catering and Industrial) within most locations.
ROLE
They are wishing to recruit a Recruitment Consultant who is capable of developing a desk within an already thriving branch. The emphasis will be on developing business within the regional marketplace. The desk will be your own and you will be responsible for the growth and maintenance. You will be able to self manage, prioritise, work on your own and demonstrate best practice at all times. Sales, admin, interviewing, referencing, customer services, Telesales and client visits will form part of your remit.
Every possible resource is available to you, in order to ensure your success. This comprises of excellent further training, technology and a highly motivational environment.

REQUIREMENTS
Recruitment industry experience.
A proven targeted sales record is essential.
