Recruitment Consultant - Industrial Division - Peterborough
The Package;
Competitive basic salary 15K-24K, uncapped OTE up to 25% of GP. Annual leave of 21 days, which then rises to 26, after a qualifying period. Our client also offers full training and REC qualification sponsorship. £100 is offered for personal development as is to be spent on an activity which is not work related. Other benefits offered at senior levels are pensions, company car/car allowance and life assurance.

The Person Spec;
An ideal candidate in this established industrial recruitment agency will need to work fast to ensure production is kept at an optimum levels as well as being a strong business developer. You must have a can-do attitude and be able to exceed our client's expectations, providing them with a highly professional and efficient attitude to recruitment. You will need to demonstrate that you are a highly motivated individual who provides our brand name Recruitment Company with a high performance and in return they will offer high rewards.
This role will be to work alongside two other team members to gain ad hoc business and to help with a large 4 sited Industrial account with sites in the Peterborough area.
