Recruitment Consultant - Hospitality Division

• Basic salary to £25,000
• Excellent commission structure

Our client is an established and reputable independent brand within the Recruitment Hospitality and Catering sector. As a result of business growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a self motivated and talented Recruitment Consultant to work within this established team.

It can be demanding, frustrating and yet rewarding and fulfilling with opportunity to benefit both professionally and financially.

• Sales, cold calling and developing a desk
• Autonomously achieving goals and targets set by your line manager
• Working closely with each client in order to determine precise needs and requirements
• Networking, following leads and generation of new candidates
• Developing long term and lasting relationships
• Negotiation of terms
• Interviewing and assessing candidates in order to ascertain their requirements

• Will have previous experience within the catering/hospitality recruitment sector
• Has a friendly and personable approach, and has strong time management skills with the ability to listen carefully to client and candidate requirements
• Will be tenacious, motivated and will keep going to achieve the result
• Enjoys the sales and service aspect of recruitment, is commercially aware and always looking to develop their desk at every opportunity!

Previous recruitment industry experience is essential and all applicants must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
