Recruitment - Recruitment Consultant - Education - London: WC

The Package:
On offer is a fantastic basic  salary 25K, which rises to 35K with service plus OTE. The top earner in the company last year earned a fantastic 90K!
Holiday entitlement is 25 days plus bank holidays, in the 1st year holidays are within term time, after 1 year you can take 20% of your holidays out of term time
Hours of work are 7.00am-4.00pm or 9.30am-6.30pm

The Recruitment Brief:
Our client is now wishing to recruit Education Recruitment Consultants for their London branch. Education Recruitment experience is of paramount importance to the success of any application!!
They are an Education specialist who want hard working, successful, committed, professional and committed individuals who values customer service.
You will be an existing Education Consultant with excellent previous experience within the Education sector with a stable recruitment history and fantastic sales ability.

The Person Spec:
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales and business development. You will be a bright and tenacious individual with a desire for success!
You will have good interpersonal and customer service skills. Good problem solving and organisational skills, plus the ability to multitask.
