With stunning offices situated in the heart of Bolton town centre, this niche recruitment company is expanding rapidly with plans to develop at least two new divisions over the next twelve months.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join this company at a time where career progression to head up a division is not merely a possibility but a reality. 

In terms of your background, it would be beneficial for you to be able to show experience recruiting in either the Automotive, Commercial, Education or Oil and Gas industries. However as long as you can demonstrate excellent business development and communication skills any sector background will be considered. As these are new ventures it is essential that you a self motivated, industrious and enterprising person who is driven by the challenge of hitting targets and thrives on the buzz of a lively sales environment.

My client is looking for a number of good, experienced consultants to join them over the coming months and this is an excellent venture for someone looking to step up in terms of management within their career with the eventual intention of managing a team of consultants. Due to the locations of clients it will be essential for you to hold a full UK driving licence and be confident in both telesales and face to face meetings with both candidates and clients.
