Our client is an established boutique recruitment consultancy that provides commercial staff in to a variety of small and large blue chip organisations. The Opportunity
They are currently seeking a business development manager who can come in and develop more business for the branch. You will be supported by Consultants who will provide plenty of leads as well as sourcing and identifying leads through your own methods. You will call clients on a daily basis and will also spend time out of the office meeting with clients and selling the company’s services. You will team orientated and have the tenacity and ability to speak with people at all levels
They are seeking and individual who has recruitment knowledge and who is sales focused. You will not be micro-managed and therefore self motivation and a good work ethic are important. Your communication skills and your solid background of success will be of particular interest to them
