Education Recruitment Consultant (Any Recruitment Experience Considered)
Our client is one of the most successful education recruitment firms in London despite trading for only the last 2 - 3 years. They have recently opened a second office in the UK and recruiting hi-calibre recruitment consultants is very much top priority.
Their Recruitment team in London continues to grow at a steady pace and now that their newest addition has settled in well they are looking to add another Recruitment consultant to their team. The way they work differs from most recruitment companies where you will have full reign on the way you run your desk. Recruitment Consultants are given their own geographical patches and you will have the ability to recruit teaching staff from support staff right up to management roles. You will be placing teachers in temporary roles, with a greater emphasis on long term bookings.
If you have education/teaching recruitment experience this will be an advantage, however this is not essential. Recruitment experience from any background will be considered.
We would also be keen on hearing from teachers who have some sales experience who want to get in to recruitment.
