Job Description

A market-leading Recruitment Consultancy situated in the Greater Manchester are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to their highly successful and busy team.

Their impressive success is due to the highly personal and engaging service they provide to their candidates and clients, ensuring excellent relationships are being established and maintained.

Due to changes within the business they are looking for a Recruitment Consultant, ideally with a strong Commercial or Legal background to operate a temporary recruitment desk with a number of warm and lapsed clients. 

Key responsibilities to include:

Business Development: Gain additional business through sales and building relationships with prospect, existing and lapsed clients

Service Delivery: To provide all clients, temporary staff and applicants with an excellent service

Recruitment: To ensure that all vacancies are filled accurately and quickly

Administration: To ensure all legislation is complied with and also minimum standards are achieved for REC Audited and SLA agreements.
