Industrial and Commercial Recruitment Consultants (x2 posts)
Up to £25K - Basic Salary
Outstanding Uncapped earning potential - On target OTE in excess of £45k in first year
You will have gained your experience as a Recruitment Consultant in preferably one of the following sectors Industrial/ Commercial / Technical or Driving sector but all recruitment backgrounds will be considered.

The business ethos is very much sales and the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to instill confidence in both client and candidate alike, offering a consultative approach to recruitment, not the typical volume driven high street solution.
In short we require a professional Sales Recruitment Consultant to work in this market sector running a temporary and Perm desk. You must be able to be self sufficient and also have the ability to work with and motivate an established team. This opportunity is not to start up a cold desk, it is to capitalise further on a business with a great reputation and client base.
The salary and benefits are totally negotiable, and the decision process and gravity of the final deal will very much depend on individual expectation, proven ability and hunger for success.
