Job Description

Technical Recruitment Consultant $50 - $70k OTE $100 - $150!! Plus additional benefits & incentives. Based in Sydney CBD

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years experience within Technical Recruitment. The role is a full 360 cycle and you will be responsible for building a cold desk from scratch, cold calling potential clients, sourcing candidates via advertising and headhunting, negotiating and closing your deals. You will be working independently within a small team, the management adopt an autonomous approach which means you will not be heavily KPI driven. There is also an opportunity to progress in to management and even set up new offices in the future!

Although my client is a huge global player in the technical market, the Sydney office is newly established, so this role would suit an experienced and confident consultant, with the hunger to succeed and be a part of this exciting opportunity!
