Trainee Recruitment Consultants- London- £18-23K basic + 60K OTE
My client is a market-leading recruitment consultancy based in central London, currently looking to bring on several graduates as trainee recruitment consultants. The company has been a competitive force in high-end recruitment for 10 years, having developed a trusted and credible name in an extremely saturated market. In joining this remarkable business you will not only receive some of the finest training in the industry, but an enviable commission structure and a clear and structured path to progression and success.
Successful trainee recruitment consultants will begin their career with mentoring from Senior Managers with at least 5 years experience and highly successful track records, alongside one of the countrys best internal-training programmes. If you hit targets in your first 3 months you will be eligible for a £2K increase in basic salary and there is the potential for promotion for exceptional candidates inside just 6 months.
