This UK owned Construction and property recruitment business is currently looking to extend their reach into the Middle-East extending past the borders of the UAE. With this in mind they are looking to find an experienced recruitment business operator to establish and drive their offering in Bahrain.
You will be responsible for building the brand within Bahrain and surrounding middle-east states. Working off current relationships within the region you will benefit from a reputation for consultative excellence and timely delivery.
You should have worked in the construction market for a number of years, held p&l responsibility and understand search methodology. Middle-East experience is not necessary however would be seen as an advantage.
