CLIENT
Our client is one of the leading suppliers of professional staff to the UK Civil Engineering companies and Trades staff to major commercial construction companies. They have also established a strong reputation in the Yorkshire House building sector .Employing over 40 staff in the two well established offices. They have been trading since 2001 and have grown turnover towards £15m
ROLE
**You will be joining an existing team of very successful consultants and be given a successful desk, with contractors out working.
**You will be based in our clients Leeds office. From existing clients and from new clients you will be required to generate new business. You will inherit a substantial data base of construction personnel to fill the orders you generated from either site visits or telesales.
**You will be expected to spend a minimum of 1 day per week visiting construction sites.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
**You will be able to demonstrate a stable and successful career to-date, within either Build, or Civils in the Construction recruitment industry, where you have successfully secured new clients .
**Be strong at sales both face to face and via telesales.
**Be able to demonstrate you ability to service multiple account whilst maintaining exceptional service levels.
**Have all the relevant skills to advertise, interview, reference check, and match candidates to vacancies.
**Live within a sensible commute of Leeds
**Be a strong team player who is self motivated, has excellent communication (both verbal and written) with the relevant IT skills.
**Hold a full UK driving license.
