The Client
My Client is an established and well respected supplier of Permanent staff into the Construction industry. They have an enviable reputation and are looking to increase their market share, with a view to expansion.
The Role
This is an all encompassing, 360 degree role. There will be a strong emphasis on Sales and Business Development, so you must love the phone!
You will be supplying white collar, permanent staff, into all sectors of the construction industry. Nationwide.
The Ideal Candidate
**Have at least 12 months recruitment experience, ideally Permanent placements, within a construction discipline, although others may be considered
**A very strong Sales/Business Development background
**Provable billing history, successes and achievements
**You will be courteous and professional in all of you business dealings, have pride in yourself and your abilities and have impeccable manners.
**Be committed, driven, loyal and emotionally mature
**Able to communicate at all levels
