Created in 2007 by seasoned professionals, our client has already established a reputation as a premier executive recruitment firm with some of the worlds leading engineering, construction and project management organizations. With a top-level network of contacts, repeat clients and a strong order book they are seeking dynamic and experienced recruitment consultants who want to share the success of a fast growing and profitable business. Our client is based in Shoreditch, near Liverpool Street station in the City of London

Skills and Experience Preferred:

- Proven track record of delivering the full range of recruitment sales, search and service skills.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in one of the major engineering and construction sectors (eg. Oil & Gas, Civil Infrastructure, Rail, Buildings, Telecoms, Power Generation, Utilities).
- Excellent candidate and client management skills.
- Computer literate with understanding of candidate database management and modern search tools.
- Experience of growing and managing a recruitment team, would be ideal, but not strictly necessary.
- Articulate with well honed communication skills and a polished telephone manner.
- Entrepreneurial, intelligent, laterally thinking and a practical problem solver

What our client offers:

- Competitive base remuneration. Circa 30k.
- Excellent commission structure 20% commission on all billings and a variety of incentive schemes, commensurate with skills and experience
