Your Profile
Do you have recruitment experience and want to move to the next level? Do you want to build your own division, leading the senior managerial roles in the future?
The Role
You will be providing the full range of recruitment services, mainly contingency, search, client paid advertising and retained search and selection. Our clients are highly focused on providing a quality driven, consultancy-based package to all of their clients and candidates so they are looking for like-minded individuals. This is a hands-on role suitable for an experienced recruiter who has knowledge of Recruitment but is currently prevented from taking the next step into management. You will be able to build a team around you as you grow the division and will be involved in all strategic decisions.
