Our client is a highly reputable, Award-winning Recruitment Consultancy specialising in predominantly the IT and Engineering markets. They place professional personnel in the Private, Public and European arena. The current opportunities are working within the Engineering and IT sectors, within Contract, Permanent and Managed Services. The Recruiters will be required to both maintain and expand the business. The Person Spec:
Our client is looking for established recruiters to join its rapidly growing business. They seek individuals with strong attention to detail and a flair for making a lasting impression on both clients and candidates alike. Strong networking, persuasion and negotiating skills are essential, as is a credible work ethic and a focus on quality-based recruitment. Recruiters should also be passionate about the sector, and have the ability to instil confidence in their clients and candidates with their understanding and knowledge of the sector. Applying Recruiters should be results-focussed, with a proven ability to meet set targets in terms of profitability and growth. You will also be methodical and structured in your approach to work and be driven to achieve outstanding results. Effective communication and presentation skills are also highly desirable as is your competitive nature and desire to succeed within your field.
