CLIENT
Our Client is a well-established multi-disciplined national recruitment consultancy, with offices in Yorkshire and the Midlands. Founded over 20 years ago, the business has grown rapidly over the last five years. Operating with over 40 staff across the 3 locations, they have an enviable reputation for consistently meeting and exceeding both Clients and Candidates expectations.
ROLE
Working within an existing team of high performing Consultants you will be responsible for delivering new business and servicing existing accounts, within the Construction, Permanent and Contract sector. New business development and the recruitment and selection of the best available Candidates will be key in quickly growing your revenue stream.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
**A minimum 18 months experience as an Construction, White Collar, Perms or Contract Consultant.
**Have a proven track record in securing new business along with excellent account development skills
**Be self motivated, yet competitive to secure ongoing success in this buoyant market place
**Have the confidence and experience to secure business with strong margins
**Strive to deliver and exceptional service level
**Have a full UK Driving licence and ideally your own transport
