Recruitment Consultant - Engineering Stoke-On-Trent
The Package:
On offer is a competitive basic salary to 25K + excellent OTE opportunities and other company benefits.
The Brief:
Working within a defined vertical or geographic market, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, namely, client identification and development, candidate searching and qualification and subsequent placement and on going relationship management. The role will appeal to those individuals who are competitive by nature, have excellent client facing skills and have a desire to succeed in what is a fast moving and potentially lucrative market place
The Requirement:
Candidates will have 2 years minimum Engineering Recruitment experience and must be from a B2B sales environment. Experience of working to targets and trained in sales techniques. Must possess excellent telephone skills and have excellent client facing skills. Have proven new business skills and relationship building skills. Be able to operate without close supervision and demonstrate ambition and determination.
