Senior Recruitment Consultant - Technical

Salary up to £30k, OTE £60k+

Birmingham, West Midlands

Our client is an independent niche recruiter within the technical, facilities management and construction sectors. They have 4 offices and have a £multi-million turnover. They have been established for several years and have a solid reputation amongst their clients and candidates.

The opportunity

They are currently looking for an experienced individual to join their team in Birmingham. The role will involve the full recruitment cycle, including business development and sales and the placement of temporary/contract and permanent individuals within technical, engineering, property and management positions. You will join a team of consultants and report to a Director and the opportunity for advancement is available to the right individual.

Your background

We are seeking people who have experience of the full recruitment cycle and who has been at or is ready for a senior consultant position. The ideal scenario is that you have experience from FM/Construction/Technical recruitment sectors but candidates with experience in other recruitment sectors and an interest in the construction/technical sector will be considered.
